This set of 4 classes will teach you the full process of wheel throwing, trimming and glazing ceramics. You will be introduced and helped through every step of the basics of the craft, and in the end take home around 10 of your own handcrafted ceramic pieces.
Choose a starting date in the calendar. Class is on the same weekday and time for 4 weeks for 3½ hours each.
The structure of the classes is day 1) throwing, 2) throwing, 3) trimming and decorating, 4) glazing.
If you have tried wheel throwing before, this class is also suitable to perfect and advance your skills.
Best suitable for ages 15+
Aprons, towels and whatever you may need to stay (almost) free of clay are included in your course price. Although it is a very special occasion, you don't have to put on your stiffest plaster and the finest suede boots, but clothes that can withstand washing machines are absolutely perfect. The laugh you might get will come off easily.
A light vegetarian snack, as well as all the coffee, tea and water you can drink are included in your course price.
All materials and burnings of up to 6 masterpieces are included in your course price, and more can be purchased for +75 kr/piece.
