Open Studio (for former Let's Clay students only)

When we have nothing else planned, we open our studio for former students to practice their newly learned skills on their own.

*Open Studio is for former Let's Clay students only

It's straightforward - you book one of our pottery wheels for 3 hours at a time for a fixed price, and pay only a little extra if you want to make bigger things or get your stuff fired. You'll need to both throw and trim, and you'll have full access to our studio, tools, everything - except glazes, as we'll glaze your works for you, in the colours you choose from our glazes library.

There will be no teaching during Open Studio, but one of us will be there to answer any questions and help you find what you need.

What's included

Updated terms in 2025

Up to 2,5 kilo clay is included in your price (cannot be transferred or saved for later)

Additional clay is 25kr/kilo.

Firing costs 50kr/piece. Bigger pieces may cost up to 100kr.

Practical information

Please bring your own apron and, if necessary, a towel.

Cleanup and cleaning should be done before your time ends so that there is neat and ready for the next ones.

There are no classes for Open Studio, but we would like you to ask and learn from each other.

You have to spin your things yourself, but we glaze them.
